Miyajima Shoyu began producing soy sauce in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture in 1882.
Currently, we utilize the manufacturing techniques we have developed in brewing
soy sauce and miso to produce over 3,000 types of food products, including various
sauces, powdered soups, liquid soups, yakiniku sauces, noodle soups, dressings, spices,
canned foods, prepackaged foods, and frozen foods. All three of our factories are
SQF (Safe Quality Food) certified, which guarantees food safety and quality.

Our new sake brewing project started in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, an area rich in nature
and deep history and culture, stretching from the beautiful mountains of Mt. Tianshan to
the treasure sea of Ariake Sea. We are working to create delicious, environmentally friendly
sake using local ingredients, such as the famous water that originates from the Tianshan
mountain range, yokan that has been nurtured by the Sugar Road food culture, and nori
seaweed, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan.
